The machine consists of five parts: a frame, a wave soldering furnace, a flux spray valve module, a vision scanning module, and an industrial computer (including a monitor). Unlike other desktop selective wave soldering machines, this machine is controlled and programmed via an industrial computer (with a self-developed system). It utilizes a high-definition camera for vision scanning and input, quickly importing PCB board data into the computer. Programming is achieved quickly using various methods such as point and line inputs. It is easy to learn, simple to operate, and produces faster soldering speeds, more uniform and fuller solder joints, and more consistent quality than manual soldering.
